Desktop Printer Labels

Bin Printing Label Sheets

ScanIt Parts Bin Printing works with standard Avery label sheets on your desktop printer. Use them for shelf tags, bin location labels, and part number tags. IPS does not sell label sheets directly — purchase from any of the retailers below.

Avery 2 5/8" x 1"

30/sheet

Best for small bin labels and tight shelf spaces. The most labels per sheet.

Avery products:

White: 5160, 5260, 5520, 5960, 5810, 5980

Colors: 5970 (yellow), 5971 (red), 5972 (blue), 5979 (green)

Avery 4" x 1 1/3"

14/sheet

Wide labels for bin locations. Good balance of size and quantity per sheet.

Large shelf tags with room for part number, barcode, description, and price.

All labels use standard 8 1/2" x 11" sheets and work with any desktop laser or inkjet printer. Colored labels (yellow, red, blue, green) are available in the 2 5/8" x 1" size and use the same print layout as white.
