Key Features

Complete Delivery Tracking

GPS Tracking

Live GPS tracking on every route. See where your truck is, how fast it's going, and which way it's headed. Updates show on your dashboard in real time.

Proof of Delivery

Get customer signatures on screen. Take photos of dropped-off items. Record GPS at every stop. Three layers of proof the delivery was made.

Truck Loading Verification

Scan each box as you load the truck. The system checks that it goes on this route. No wrong boxes on the wrong truck. Load last stops first for easy unloading.

Route Optimization

Stops are put in the best order for the fastest route. Assign drivers and trucks, set stop order, and run many routes at once from the dispatch screen.

Offline Manifest

Download the manifest before you leave. Keep scanning and logging drops even with no cell signal. It all syncs when you get back online.

Delivery Exceptions

Handle real-world problems on the road. Mark stops as tried, refused, partial, wrong address, or damaged. Add notes and photos for each one.

Driver & Truck Management

Assign drivers to trucks and routes. Each driver sees only their own routes. Managers see all routes, drivers, and trucks from one screen.

Customer Notifications

Customers get updates at every step — picked, packed, loaded, and delivered. No more "where's my parts?" phone calls.

Route Completion Reports

Each finished route creates a summary. See total stops, good drops, failed tries, refused items, returns, total time, and miles driven.

Dispatch Intelligence

Smart Dispatch & Auto-Routing

Invoices land on the right route automatically. No manual sorting, no guesswork.

Dispatch Dashboard

Command center for all delivery operations. Route list sidebar plus four tabs: Overview, Stops, Invoices, and Map with live truck positions. Manage all routes from one screen.

6-Level Auto-Routing

Smart routing sends each packed invoice to the right route. It checks ship-via code, customer, delivery zone, route fence, and zip code — in that order.

Route Fences & Geozones

Draw geographic boundaries on a map for each route. When a customer falls inside a route fence, their invoices are assigned to that route automatically. Use fences for precision, zip codes for broad areas, or both.

Geofence Arrival Detection

The system knows when your truck arrives at a customer and when it leaves. No driver action needed. You can see exactly how long each stop took.

Active Routes TV Display

Wall-mounted TV in the dispatch area shows all active routes in real time. Total picked, scanned, and ready counts update live so the whole team can see order progress at a glance.

Customer Portal

Wholesale customers log in to see all their invoices with live status updates. Visual stepper shows progress from Printed through Delivered. Customers manage their own email and SMS notification preferences.

Priority Management

Set invoices to High, Normal, or Low priority. Priority flows through every screen — pick lists, pack queues, dispatch, and the monitor. Urgent orders always go first.

Multi-Location Hub Support

Transfer points manage hub operations with incoming and outgoing routes. Ship from one store to a hub, then dispatch from the hub to customers. Route groups organize routes across multiple stores.

Three Routing Modes

Transfer Point First sends hub routes before local. Suggested Route First is the standard auto-assign. Manual Only gives full control — invoices only route to routes you mark as auto-allow.

Simple Process

How Delivery Works

1

Dispatch

Create routes, assign trucks and drivers, and set the stop order. Parts go to routes based on where the customer is.

2

Load Truck

Scan boxes onto the truck. The system checks each one belongs on this route and tracks what's loaded. Download the manifest for offline use.

3

Deliver

Follow the best route. GPS tracks the truck live. At each stop, scan parts, get a signature, take photos, and add notes.

4

Complete Route

See the route summary — done stops, failed tries, and returns. Scan anything not dropped off back into stock. The route report is made for you.

Why It Matters

Benefits of Delivery Tracking

End Delivery Disputes Forever

Signature, photos, and GPS at every stop. When someone says they never got the parts, you have three layers of proof.

Real-Time Visibility

See where every truck is right now on the dashboard. GPS shows live location, speed, and heading. Route status updates as each stop is done.

Handle Problems on the Spot

Not every drop goes right. Mark stops as tried, refused, partial, or damaged — with notes and photos. Returns scan back into stock on their own.

Works Without Signal

Download the manifest before you leave. Scan drops, get signatures, and take photos even with no cell signal. It all syncs when you're back online.

Why ScanIt Parts

Not Just Delivery — The Entire Chain

Standalone delivery products like EliteExtra and OpsTrax only handle the last mile. ScanIt Parts covers every step from the moment a part arrives at your dock to the moment it reaches your customer.

End-to-End Platform

Receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, loading, delivery, and returns. One system, one login, one team to train. No bolting together separate products.

Scan, Print & Apply

The only system with hardware that scans, prints, and applies labels in one motion. Print bin labels at the customer's location. No phone app can do that.

7 DMS Platforms

Works with CDK, Reynolds, DealerTrack, Automate, AutoSoft, Dominion VUE, and Lightspeed. Switch DMS providers and nothing changes on your end.

Barcode-Verified Loading

Scan every box onto the truck. Wrong route? Audio alert stops it. No standalone delivery app verifies truck loading with barcode scanning.

No Per-User Delivery Fees

Delivery is included in your ScanIt Parts platform. No $50-100/month per-driver charges. No separate subscription for dispatch features.

Works Offline

Download the manifest, scan deliveries, collect signatures, and take photos with no cell signal. Syncs automatically when you are back online.
